Bill Latvonen has been with PMC for nearly 10 years and brings with him extensive knowledge in both land and marine construction projects. He has nearly 30 years of experience as an AutoCAD draftsman with 20 years designing floating structures. Bill has designed hundreds of projects that can be spotted all around Vancouver Island, Haida-Gwaii, and as far as Alaska.  He was a red seal carpenter by trade and site superintendent before falling in love with construction design and dedicating the rest of his career to the trade.
